Turmeric has so many amazing nutritional benefits that I take a supplement, daily. Turmeric is an anti-inflammatory that is proven to prevent cancer and Alzheimer's. It also has amazing benefits for your skin which is why I initially started taking the supplement. Because it is an anti-inflammatory, turmeric helps to improve acne breakouts and helps with acne scarring.

Servings: 1
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice
- 1 tsp of turmeric
- 1/4 tsp of ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp of cardamom
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp of maple syrup or honey
Instructions:
- Add all of your ingredients to a small pot and warm over medium-low heat
- Stir everything up until fully combined
- Pour this yumminess into your favorite mug and enjoy
